" Manta " xs650 - Baresteel design
- " The concept of this 1976 xs650 build came about with a desire to rework an original platform in a way that would create a modified bike that was fluid enough to look as though the entire project was designed from scratch. Much of the new frame and swing arm lines were inspired from the original platform, and the body section came about with the desire for a very fluid and yet aggressive natural looking design. As the design developed it took on inspiration from a Giant Oceanic Manta Ray, creating the name "Manta. " -

RnineT LSR - Cristian Sosa metalworks
" Cristian Sosa has quite the sense of style and an amazing skill at shaping metal, both which were demonstrated clearly with this brand new BMW RnineT LSR inspired custom that he built for this year’s “Old Iron - Young Blood” Sturgis “Motorcycles as Art” exhibition at the Buffalo Chip. He knows how to shape metal as if it was putty and is willing to share his knowledge with his metalshaping and Design Class workshop at his Sosa Metalworks shop in Las Vegas"
